During hurricane season it is vital that we are prepared. Evacuation of our facilities is mandatory when our area is being threatened by a storm. We experienced this when Hurricane Ike hit our area. Below is a list of ways you can help us with our preparedness.

- Bottled Water
- Battery operated Lanterns
- Inflatable beds (single beds preferred)
- Canned or packaged non-perishable food items (ex: tuna, canned meats, peanut butter & crackers, apple sauce, soups, quick energy snacks, graham crackers etc.)
- Non-electric can openers
- Peanut Butter
- Meals that can be heated and that do not need refrigeration
- Assorted batteries (this is a great need)
- Flashlights
- Hand sanitizer
- Garbage bags
- No Rinse Cleansing and Deodorizing Bath Wipes
- First Aid Kits
